Civil Liberty defending free speech against the tyranny of political correctness image

Welcome to the web site of Civil Liberty

This will come as a surprise to many of our friends based overseas but Great Britain is now one of the most repressive regimes in the world. We operate under the tyranny of political correctness which is just a floppy term for the repressive implementation of one single, dare we say, rather twisted, view of human society, which doesn't allow for dissent or opposition. The regime creates the framework within which they declare views are either acceptable and tolerated or unacceptable and repressed. It is a framework which defies common sense and is one which even declares that in a court of law, the truth shall be no defence.

Why "Civil Liberty"?

Civil Liberty has been established to help individuals who have fallen victim to the tyranny of this twisted concept of government. We are independent of any political party and will step in to defend individuals.

What can I do?

There is a lot you can do if you are passionate about freedom of speech and worried and fearful of the erosion of civil liberties in Britain.

First of all you can educate yourself and others about what is going on. Tell everyone you know about the existence of our organisation. The more people who realise that our traditional liberties are under threat then the greater the impact we can have on law makers, policy makers and opinion formers.

If you have any relevant legal experience we would like to hear from you. In particular employment law, contractual disputes, discrimination issues.

Please donate whatever you can, every penny helps our cause and our work. We have no full time office staff to waste money, we are staffed solely by dedicated volunteers and every penny goes to help the individuals whose cases we adopt.
